What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the company if you give it, the service you choose and your message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and bill for the work. We do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics.

Third-party content

The contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Google, as with any embedded map. Fonts and icons on this site are served from our own server.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply and to keep records of client work, then delete them.

How we protect it

Messages are stored on our hosting server in a folder that is not reachable from the web. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or card numbers through the form.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under state privacy laws, and we will honour valid requests. Write to contact@techsate.co.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13.
