About these terms

These terms apply to the services you order from TECH Sate, operated by TECH Sate LLC, 600 N Bell Ave, Bldg 1, Ste 210D, Carnegie, PA 15016. By approving a proposal, paying an invoice or starting work with us, you agree to them. If something is unclear, ask before you sign off.

Services

We provide: Health Insurance Leads, Campaign Management, Call Center and Follow-up. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement, including what counts as a lead and how leads are delivered, are agreed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Payment

How we charge, for example per lead, per campaign or monthly, is set out in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause delivery while an invoice is overdue.

What we need from you

We can only move as fast as the information, approvals and access we receive. Please tell us who you want to reach, in which states and on what budget, and answer our questions in a reasonable time. Delays on your side can move delivery dates.

How you use the leads

You are responsible for how you contact the people we send you and how you sell insurance, including licensing, consent and do-not-call rules in the states where you operate, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. If you think a request would break these rules, tell us. If we think so, we will tell you.

Ownership of the work

When an engagement is paid in full, you own the lead data delivered to you and the pages and creative made specifically for you. Our tools, templates and methods stay ours. Third-party items such as fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.

Cancelling

You can end an ongoing service with written notice. Work already done in the current billing period is not refunded. See the refund policy for details.

No guarantees

Results depend on many things we do not control, such as your market, competition, enrollment periods and how quickly your team follows up. We will be honest about what to expect, but we cannot guarantee a number of leads, enrollments or sales.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about our work is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one, and active clients are told about significant changes.
